Practice and Open Gym Information
Open gyms are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Must have a current VHSL Physical on file in the office to participate in open gyms and or team tryouts.
Tryouts will begin on 8/21/23 (Time TBA).
