Open to anyone in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade

The first day of practice is August 21, 2023. The time will be announced closer to time. A student must have a current VHSL physical on file in the office to participate. Physical forms can be picked up in the office or downloaded and printed from the VHSL site. 6th, 7th, and 8th graders may participate.

Practice time is from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Students will meet at the large gym doors at the back of the building. Be sure to bring a water bottle. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Coach Nory Fletcher at nfletcher@rockingham.k12.va.us
